Formula

Overtime Hours = Total Hours Worked − Regular Hours
Regular Pay = Hourly Rate × Regular Hours

Overtime Pay = Overtime Rate × Overtime Hours
Total Pay = Regular Pay + Overtime Pay
Effective Hourly Rate = Total Pay ÷ Total Hours Worked

Assumptions & References
